Areola
Areola size reduction is a procedure to correct large or asymmetric areolas. Areola size reduction surgery can be performed under local anesthesia or as part of breast reduction or mastopexy under general anesthesia. The procedure takes about an hour.
Nipple
One in ten women suffer abnormalities related to the nipples, due to asymmetry, or prominent size, even causing problems when dressing.
We can reduce the height and width of the nipple, while preserving sensitivity. The procedure can be carried out under local anesthesia or in combination with other surgical procedures. Recovery from surgery is quick, does not require hospital admission and thus, will not interrupt your normal routine.
Like inverted nipple correction surgery, augmentation surgery is performed on an outpatient basis, lasting approximately one hour. An incision at the base of the nipple makes the scar practically imperceptible.
