You should go to the specialist whenever any of the following signs appear (do not hesitate to ask about any other changes):
1.- A nodule or induration that you notice is different than the rest of the breast tissue.
2.- A change in skin texture, such as dimpling (orange peel).
3.- Redness, rashes, or erosions on the skin and around the nipple.
4.- Inversion of the nipple (which goes inside) or changes in its shape or position.
5.- Leaking of liquid or blood through one of the nipples.
6.- Swelling or nodule in the armpit or around the clavicle.
7.- Constant pain in the chest and/or armpit.
